Wesley Property Management (WPM) is a full service property management company specializing in the management of single family homes, duplexes, apartment complexes and townhouses.

WPM manages 500 plus properties.

WPM puts 19+ yrs of experience and knowledge into every property we manage. Mr. Wesley is very active in the property management business.

WPM collects 10% percent on rent that is collected. No other fees.

WPM offers a full range of Property Management and construction services including maintenance, painting, plumbing, snow removal, remodeling and lawn care.

WPM provides advertising in all local newspapers, yard signs, and websites to include rentals.com, craiglist.com, ahrn.com and wesleyproperties.com.

WPM uses a professional screening company to verify information on each applicant. Screening includes credit, criminal and eviction background information plus employment, income and rental verification.

WPM's administrative staff provides accurate and timely reports, financial, and cash flow statements.

WPM is fully staffed with 7 full-time office personnel; and 3 full time maintenance staff;

WPM's hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 9am-2pm. And WPM provides an after hour cell phone number to all tenants for emergencies.
