Here at Wesley Property Management, we strive to do the best for you as the owner. We offer many services and work hard to get your property rented and taken care of to the best of our abilities. The following is a list of many things we can do for you.
q We manage over 350 properties
q We have an Available Property List ready to give out to prospective tenants
q We provide advertising in all local newspapers
q We take care of transferring utilities
q We do bookkeeping on invoices and incoming bills in which your property may incur for the month
q We collect a 10% management fee on rent collected. If we don’t collect, we don’t get paid
q We look for tenants for you: Application, Credit Check/Back Ground Check, Job verification, Income verification, Current living situation, etc.
q Our Staff consists of 17 employees and their duties vary from cleaning, flooring, painting, general maintenance, and an office staff to take phone calls, order supplies and dispense owner reports monthly
q Our office hours are Monday thru Friday
q We work with local companies such as Laven Electric, S & S Plumbering, Resurrection Heating and Cooling
